D-Zolve™ 319 Room Temperature Powder Coat Remover

D-Zolve™ 319 is designed to efficiently dissolve hard to remove powder coating and some liquid paints from intricate shaped metal parts, blind holes and narrow orifices.

Easy to use

D-Zolve ™ 319 is used in immersion tanks at room temperature such as 65°F/18°C- 80°F/27°C. For better performance agitation should be employed. Simultaneous filtration and removal of solid particles will prolong the productive life of D-Zolve™ 319. The dissolved bonding agents and pigment dyes are emulsified in the tank and will eventually cause saturation. To further extend its useful life keep the tank covered. D-Zolve™319 should be stirred or agitated prior to and during use.

Compatibility

D-Zolve™ 319 can be used with both ferrous and nonferrous metals. Given the non-smooth surface of many parts a pressurized water rinse will help remove residual coating.

Safety

D-Zolve™319 is non-flammable, slow to evaporate, contains no peroxide, chlorinated or ozone depleting components and has no reproductive issues. D-Zolve™319 should be used in a steel or polypropylene tank along with adequate exhaust ventilation. D-Zolve™ 319 contains no known carcinogens. Please read the Safety Data Sheet prior to use.
