D-Zolve 1012 Room Temperature Paint and Powder Coating Stripper
D-Zolve 1012 is a paint and powder coating stripper and remover designed to efficiently strip hard-to-remove paints and powder coatings from intricate part shapes without the need for heating. It is used in an immersion tank at room temperature. Additionally, waste solids can be filtered out to prolong the useful life of the solution. D-Zolve 1012 is compatible with most metals and plastics. It safely removes paints and powder coatings from galvanized steel, aluminum, zinc, copper, brass, carbon steel and stainless steel as well as most plastic and silicone substrates. It is non-flammable and has no ozone depleting or air pollution potential.

D-Zolve 917 Low Temperature Paint and Powder Coating Stripper
D-Zolve 917 is a fast acting, safe paint and powder coating stripper designed to be used at low temperatures (140°F/60°C) in an immersion tank. It is able to quickly penetrate and break the bond between the coating's layers and the substrate, eliminating the need for costly, time consuming burnoff, blasting or heating of the solution to high temperatures. D-Zolve 917 is non-flammable, non-toxic and does not contain any ozone depleting components or carcinogenic compounds. The stripper is compatible with most ferrous and non-ferrous metals including aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steels and carbon steels as well as plastic and silicon substrates.

D-Zolve 917 High Viscosity (HV) Paint and Powder Coating Stripper
D-Zolve™ 917 HV is paint and powder coating stripper and remover similar to D-Zolve 917 except it is high viscosity and can be used cold or hot. It is designed to used either with spray equipment or brush application. D-Zolve 917 HV is a quick acting, industrial grade replacement for chlorinated and other hazardous stripping solvents. It is available in as both a liquid and gel. Application of D-Zolve does not require any costly equipment such as burn-off or blasting systems and does not result in the need for wastewater treatment, dust-control, or air scrubbing equipment.

D-Zolve for Stripping Masking Plugs
D-Zolve removes powder coating buildup from plugs and other standard or custom molded maskings extending the useful live of these devices and reducing replacement costs. Designed to safely remove powder coatings from a wide range of materials such as silicone and neoprene, D-Zolve efficiently removes several layers of buildup from self-threading to dual-flanged pull plugs. When used in an immersion tank, D-Zolve’s special properties lift layers of paint and break the chemical bond between the powder coating and the substrate. When this bond breaks, the paint layers pull away from the surface and fall to the bottom of the tank.
